By accessing this website, scheduling a consultation, enrolling in services, or using the client portal, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this website or enroll in services.

Seeing is Believing Elite Services LLC is a credit services organization as defined under applicable federal and Florida law. The Company provides services intended to assist consumers with:

• Reviewing consumer credit reports
   
• Identifying potentially inaccurate, incomplete, unverifiable, or outdated information
   
• Preparing and submitting dispute correspondence to credit reporting agencies and data furnishers
   
• Educating clients on consumer credit rights
   

The Company does not provide legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, or credit counseling, and is not a law firm, lender, or credit bureau.

The Company makes no representations or guarantees regarding:

• Credit score increases
   
• Removal of specific accounts
   
• Timing or outcome of disputes
   
• Approval for loans, housing, employment, or credit
   

Results vary for each individual and depend on factors beyond the Company’s control, including responses from credit bureaus and data furnishers. Any testimonials or examples reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee similar outcomes.

You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly at no cost.

You are not required to purchase credit repair services to exercise your rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act or Florida law. Services provided by Seeing is Believing Elite Services LLC are voluntary.

By enrolling in services, you agree to:

• Provide complete, accurate, and truthful personal and financial information
   
• Promptly review all communications, notices, and documents
   
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
   
• Notify the Company of changes to personal information
   

Providing false or misleading information may result in suspension or termination of services.

All fees, billing schedules, and service terms are disclosed prior to enrollment.

• Services are offered on a month-to-month basis, unless otherwise stated in writing
   
• Fees are billed in advance of each service period
   
• Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination
   

No fees are charged for services that have not yet been performed, in accordance with applicable law.

Clients may cancel services at any time in accordance with the cancellation policy provided at enrollment.

In compliance with Florida law, you have the right to cancel your contract without penalty or obligation within the time period specified in your service agreement. Instructions for cancellation are provided in writing at enrollment.

By using this website or enrolling in services, you consent to receive communications electronically, including:

• Email communications
   
• Client portal notifications
   
• SMS or telephone communications (if authorized)
   

Electronic communications satisfy legal requirements that communications be in writing.

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and materials, is the property of Seeing is Believing Elite Services LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or misuse any content without prior written permission.

Client information is handled in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. While reasonable safeguards are implemented, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seeing is Believing Elite Services LLC shall not be liable for:

• Lost credit opportunities or financial outcomes
   

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for services rendered.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seeing is Believing Elite Services LLC, its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms
   
• Your misuse of services
   
• False or misleading information you provide
   

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts located within the State of Florida.

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
